The 30-second version. Taxi dispatch software takes the booking, prices the job, picks the driver and tracks it to completion. Ours costs AED 150 a month for your first five drivers, AED 10 for each extra active driver, or a flat AED 585 a month for unlimited drivers. You keep 100% of every fare, and you can leave any month.

Stop paying commission on your own customers

Ride-hailing and booking platforms bring you work, and they take a percentage of every fare for it, including fares from customers who would have booked you directly anyway. On a fleet turning over AED 100,000 a month, every 10% is AED 10,000 gone before fuel, salaries or Salik.

A dispatch system works the other way round: a fixed monthly fee, and every booking that comes to you directly (by phone, WhatsApp, your website or your own app) is yours in full. Keep taking platform work if it pays, but stop paying commission on the customers you already own.

Growth is cheaper until around 50 drivers; from there the flat Enterprise plan is cheaper, and we move you onto whichever costs less. You are billed on active drivers, so drivers who did not log in that month are not charged.

Built for how UAE transport companies work

Airport transfers

Flight number at booking, meet-and-greet notes, waiting time rules and a fixed fare quoted upfront, for DXB, DWC, AUH, SHJ, RKT and FJR. The controller is warned if the allocated driver is not on duty before pickup.

Hotels and corporate accounts

Accounts with purchase order references, month-end invoices, and logins for concierge desks and travel teams to book and track their own journeys.

Live GPS on every vehicle

Every on-duty driver on one map, updating every 6 to 10 seconds, with last known position kept if a driver loses signal.

Tolls in your fares

Salik and Darb both charge by time of day. Add them to your tariff rules as surcharges by zone, route or time, and your fixed quotes cover them.

WhatsApp, not phone tag

Automatic confirmation, driver-on-the-way and arrival messages by WhatsApp or SMS, so customers stop calling to ask where the car is.

Your own branded app

App Plus (AED 880 a month) adds a passenger app in your branding; Branded (AED 1,220) adds branded driver and passenger apps on iOS and Android.

Emirate by emirate

The software is the same everywhere. The regulator, the airports and the shape of the work are not.

Regulators, licences and your records

Each emirate licenses its own taxi, limousine and private hire operators, and the rules differ. In Dubai, limousine operators hold an RTA permit and are expected to track their fleet by GPS; in Abu Dhabi, private hire and limousine services are licensed by the Integrated Transport Centre. Your licences, permits and vehicle approvals stay your responsibility, and no software can hold them for you.

What the system does is keep the evidence: a timestamped record of every job, driver, vehicle, route and fare, live and historic GPS positions, and reminders before driver and vehicle documents expire. When a regulator, a hotel or a corporate client asks what happened on a journey, you have the answer in seconds.

UAE e-invoicing and your corporate accounts

The UAE is moving business-to-business invoicing onto a mandatory e-invoicing system. Voluntary adoption opened on 1 July 2026. Businesses with annual revenue of AED 50 million or more must comply from 1 January 2027, and the rest from 1 July 2027, issuing invoices through an accredited service provider.

For a transport company, the hard part is not the e-invoice itself; it is having clean, complete data behind it. Our account billing records every job against the customer with its reference, and exports invoices and job data to CSV or Excel for your accounting system or service provider. Speak to your accountant about which provider you will use.

Support across time zones

Our office works UK hours, which is early afternoon to evening in the UAE: roughly 12:00 to 20:30 Gulf time from late March to late October, and 13:00 to 21:30 in winter. Anything that stops you dispatching is covered outside those hours. WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us from the UAE, and demos and training sessions are booked at times that suit you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers, no sales script. Still stuck? Ask us directly — we answer the same working day.

How much does taxi dispatch software cost in the UAE?

Taxi Dispatch costs AED 150 a month for your first five drivers, then AED 10 a month for each extra active driver, or a flat AED 585 a month for unlimited drivers. Own-brand app packages are AED 880 and AED 1,220 a month. There is no setup fee, no commission on your fares and no minimum term.

Do you take a commission on fares from UAE operators?

No. You pay a fixed monthly fee and keep 100% of every fare, however many jobs you run. Booking platforms that take a percentage of each fare cost far more once a fleet is busy: on AED 100,000 of monthly fares, every 10% commission is AED 10,000. Many operators keep platform work for extra volume and move their direct customers onto their own system.

Is the software suitable for limousine and chauffeur companies in the UAE?

Yes. Limousine and chauffeur work is mostly pre-booked at fixed prices, which is exactly how the system is built: flight numbers and meet-and-greet notes on airport bookings, waiting time rules, fixed fares quoted upfront, executive vehicle classes with their own tariffs, and corporate and hotel accounts invoiced monthly.

Where is our data stored if we operate in the UAE?

Customer data is held in the United Kingdom, in an AWS data centre in London, and processed under the UK GDPR. The UAE Personal Data Protection Law allows transfers abroad under set conditions. If your licence, a government client or a free zone rule requires data to stay inside the UAE, raise it before you sign and we will tell you plainly whether we can meet it.

What hours is support available for UAE customers?

Our office works UK hours, which is roughly 12:00 to 20:30 Gulf time in summer and 13:00 to 21:30 in winter. Anything that stops you dispatching is covered outside those hours rather than left until the next day. WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us from the UAE.

Can UAE customers book and get updates by WhatsApp?

Yes. The system sends booking confirmations, driver-on-the-way messages with vehicle details and arrival messages by WhatsApp or SMS. In the UAE, where most customers expect to deal with a business on WhatsApp, this cuts the calls and messages asking where the car is.

Why are UAE prices shown in both dirhams and pounds?

The subscription is priced in pounds sterling. The dirham figures are that price converted at 4.8678 AED to the pound (29 September 2026) and rounded up to the next 5 dirhams, so you can compare costs in your own currency. We update the conversion when the rate moves.

Can a UAE operator try the system before paying?

Yes. The free trial is the full system with your own tariffs and zones, no card required and no automatic billing at the end. Send us your emirate and driver count on WhatsApp and the trial is usually set up within 24 hours, with a demo booked at a time that suits the UAE.
